Catholic Book Fair Toolkit
Thank you for choosing the Marian Center of Milwaukee to be the provider of materials for your Catholic Book Fair.
To make your event run as smoothly as possible, we have created a series of commonly used documents which you may use as a starting point to develop your own materials, or download and print as needed. Unless otherwise specified, these documents are in PDF format and will require the Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed on your computer. The free plugin is available at www.adobe.com. Resources for the Catholic Book Fair Coordinator
Catholic Book Fair Coordinator's Guide. This pamphlet answers common questions and offers guidance and tips for running a successful Catholic Book Fair. Color, 8-1/2x11", print as a two-sided pamphlet.
Catholic Book Fair Poster. This color document measures 8-1/2x11" and has spaces for personalization. May be personalized electronically, or printed out and completed by hand.
Bulletin Insert. This document is available in black and white or color. Measures 8-1/2x11". May be personalized electronically, or printed out and completed by hand.
Letter to Parents/Parishioners (.doc format). This is a sample letter which may be edited in Microsoft Word or a similar application to personalize for your particular event. 8-1/2x11", black and white.
Volunteer Checklist. Outlines the responsibilities of each volunteer to remind them of what needs to be done. 8-1/2x11", black and white, may be cut in half for two checklists.
Volunteer Schedule. Framework for scheduling volunteers so you know who is working and when. 8-1/2x11", black and white.
Classroom Schedule. Framework for scheduling classes to come in and review and order the materials. 8-1/2x11", black and white.
Book Fair Agreement. This form must be completed and returned to the Marian Center in order to schedule your Catholic Book Fair. For your convenience, this form may be filled out electronically and printed out.
Order Forms. These order forms you will print and distribute to students, parents and parishioners. Have extras on hand the days of your event for those who forget to bring their copy with them. The Marian Center offers a carefully chosen primary selection of titles which may be further expanded with the titles available on the Seasonal or Sacraments & Prayer supplemental order forms. Electronic personalization is available for school and contact information on each form. 8-1/2x11", black and white.
Master Order Forms. The form(s) which you will complete and submit to the Marian Center with payment for your entire order. The Master Order Form includes all of the titles on the Primary Order Form. The Master Order Form Supplement includes both the Seasonal and Sacraments & Prayer supplemental titles. Electronic personalization is available on both forms. 8-1/2x11", black and white.
Catholic Book Fair Receipts. Order forms will be collected by the Book Fair Coordinator, so we have made these receipts available for individuals to maintain a record of their purchases. 8-1/2x11" sheet which may be cut into four receipts.
Catalogs. A brief summary of each title included in our Book Fair. These catalogs may be printed and distributed as necessary. 8-1/2x11" sheets, multiple pages.
